IGLESIA SANT CRISTÒFOL
Church located in Cunit that presents the characteristics of medieval rural architecture from the view of the outside
Sant Cristòfol has been the patron saint of Cunit since the church was built in the 12th century. From the outside, it has the characteristics of medieval rural architecture. Above the vaulted entrance door, the inscription "1782" can be read, the reference date of the joining of the original temple to the new one. The sanctuary of the chapel is composed of three semicircular apses crowned by a dome. There are still tunnels and excavations dating from the Middle Ages that connect the church to the hospital of La Diligència .
