PARISH CHURCH OF SANT MARTÍ
Church built between 1701 and 1705 on the ruins of an older Christian temple, composed of three naves forming a cross
Located in the upper part of the walled city, the church of Sant Marti was built between 1701 and 1705 on the ruins of an older Christian temple. It consists of three naves forming a huge Latin cross on the ground, topped by crossed towers ending in a majestic dome. The chapels dedicated to Sant Isidoro and the Eucharist are worth seeing, as is the recently restored crypt. The church occasionally hosts concerts of sacred music.
