Pago una reserva, me llaman para decirme que losienten que ese finde semana el hotel está cerrado que me aran un rembolso de mi dinero en 72h. Acepto.
Llamo a los 4 días porque no recibo mi rembolso y me dicen que el hotel no estaba cerrado y que es mentira todo lo que yo digo y qe no me van a devolver mi dinero.
Tengo la cnversacion gravada con la chica del hotel diciéndome que losientia que no estaban abiertos y qe me devolverían mi dinero
Igual que tengo gravada la chica que me a vacilado y me a dicho mentirosa qe no me devolverán el dinero
Es lamentable que se estafe y nos roben con esta facilidad y encima se mooffen de ello.
Lo que menos me gustó fué la puerta del baño de la habitación, es de cristal mate pero tiene en los bordes sin forrar y quita privacidad
