A charming inn with a delicious restaurant in the center of Espluga de Francolí.
In the center of Espluga de Francolí, we find this small inn with a dozen rooms, all very simple and with a deliberately rustic decoration, run since 1997 by Rafael Lorca and Dolors Requena. Although the emphasis here is on the rural world - solid wood headboards and red tiles - the place is not lacking in comfort, and the cuisine in the small restaurant is typical: you can try (if it's in season) the delicious calçots, a vegetable halfway between the leek and the onion.
