Els Tallers restaurant was born in 2008 from the project of a couple of professionals of the hotel and restaurant industry looking for a place as quiet as serene to devote themselves to their passion. The idea is to offer simple dishes made as much as possible from local products, without forbidding to work with more exotic products, while making the menus evolve according to the seasons and the inspirations of the young chef Pau Escriu. It is Anaïs, native of Tours, who takes care of the service with professionalism. To discover!
