Wine center for a tasting on the terrace and a guided tour of the facilities in La Morera de Montsant
Joan Ametller's wine center, located in Mas del Mustardo, opens its doors to the curious and to lovers of good wine. It is possible to come for a simple tasting on the terrace and/or to store in their beautiful store, but also for a guided tour of the facilities. Several options are available: express, "in-depth" or "special", the latter allowing you to participate directly in the making of the wine.

Accueillis par le propriétaire lui-même, nous partons pour un long temps dans ses vignes et sa cave. Joan Ametller est un passionné; Grandes explications oenologiques, les vignes, les barriques, les cuves, la fermentation, l'élevage... Puis la dégustation; les conseils pour bien déguster un vin, les infos sur les divers cépages. 2 vins blancs; 2 vins rouges, quelques petites choses à grignoter (ah, la butifarra blanche! Un régal). Sa grande gentillesse, son amabilité, son goût des rencontres font de Joan une bonne personne. (Visites en espagnol ou en catalan).
