CASTLE OF MÓRA D'EBRE
Castle built under Muslim rule before its reconquest by Ramon Berenguer in Mora D'Ebre
The castle of Móra d'Ebre was built under Muslim rule before its reconquest by Ramon Berenguer. It later became the seat of the barony of Entença until the 19th century, when it was severely damaged during the Carlist Wars (a series of civil wars that took place throughout the 19th century in Spain). The Carlist Wars Interpretation Center is located in a restored tower of the castle. Its visit also allows to enjoy the panoramic view of the river and Móra d'Ebre.
