This park encircles the morne Diablotins, an ancient volcano, culminating at 1 447 m. It is the second highest peak in the Lesser Antilles after the Soufrière volcano in Guadeloupe. This 8,000-hectare nature park protects endangered birds, such as the Imperial Amazon. To start the hike, from the village of Dublanc (west coast of the island), follow the path to the east that leads to the parrot roost of the Parrot Reserve, on the west side of the mountain.
