In the cozy atmosphere of the Jay Bistro, Chef Eudes offers Mediterranean and international cuisine, with seafood and fish taking pride of place. Service is on a par with the chef's talents as he maneuvers at the piano, offering lobster and shrimp bobo risotto, duck confit in jabuticaba sauce, and octopus à la thaïe, to name just a few of his most popular creations. Desserts are equally refined. The sommelier offers a quality wine list. One of the best restaurants in Florianopolis.
