It's always a pleasure to sample the delights of La Nouvelle Table (the Astréa hotel restaurant), where chef Cyril Chenu punctuates the authenticity of his cuisine with a return to basics. The restaurant opens its doors to you for moments with friends, family or for a business meal. Two industrially-inspired dining rooms, where you can enjoy generous, "home-made" cuisine based on fresh produce from local and organic producers. Our favorite this season is the roasted pineapple with Pina Colada vanilla and coconut sorbet!
