Restaurant focusing on a generous home-made cuisine with organic and fresh products from local producers.

It's always a pleasure to sample the delights of La Nouvelle Table (the Astréa hotel restaurant), where chef Cyril Chenu punctuates the authenticity of his cuisine with a return to basics. The restaurant opens its doors to you for moments with friends, family or for a business meal. Two industrially-inspired dining rooms, where you can enjoy generous, "home-made" cuisine based on fresh produce from local and organic producers. Our favorite this season is the roasted pineapple with Pina Colada vanilla and coconut sorbet!

Première expérience aujourd'hui sans avoir réservé. Pas mal de monde. Très bien accueilli, bonne ambiance et repas très très bon avec un service rapide. Je recommande et y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
