Restaurant in a warm setting to enjoy a creative and delicious cuisine.
Ambre Mazoyer and Sébastien Etienne offer a gastronomy in which local flavors play an important role. A restaurant where creativity rhymes with extreme refinement. During our visit, the perfect eggs with Epoisses cream had our taste buds in a frenzy. As did the pan-seared Charolais beef with Sarawak smoked pepper jus, potato churros and mozzarella. And what about the warm apple with honey, green apple sorbet and praline chantilly? The establishment also serves as a wine cellar.
