Museum dedicated to the resistance of railway workers in the locomotive repair workshops and to the Loire Valley labor pool.
Part of the Réseau Musée de la Résistance (Resistance Museum Network), this museum was conceived by former Resistance fighters and children of Resistance fighters. The museum, which has been open for 30 years, is devoted in particular to the history of railwaymen working in locomotive repair workshops, and to that of the Loire Valley working-class area. The museum's uncluttered layout is designed to highlight the diversity and complexity of the Resistance. A study room and library are also available.
