Beautiful vintages on these 11 ha certified Ecocert and biodynamic. Riesling "Streng" 2020, Pinot Gris "Rimelsberg" 2020 (rated 15.5/20 - Revue du Vin de France), Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Sporen 2018 ( Bettane & Desseauve selection), Crémant "BZ" Blanc de Blanc. Curiosity: the orange wine "Renard et la Lune Rouge" without added sulfites. In the vineyard, parcels of Grands Crus are carefully tended: ploughing by animal traction, manual harvest. In the cellar, slow and gentle pressing and maturing on lees. 3 gîtes for 2 to 4 people complete the estate.

Excellente dégustation de vins produits en bio et en biodynamie depuis plusieurs années, dans un cadre convivial et agréable. La plupart des vins sont excellents, en particuliers les « lieux-dits », plus marqués et singuliers. La personne qui nous a accueillis était d’une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Nous sommes repartis avec pas mal de bouteilles et reviendrons faire le plein lors de notre prochain passage dans la région.

We met Benjamin in the bar the night before and he said we could visit his winery. We had an amazing experience. He let us taste all the wines. Verry friendly, big knowledge of wine in to bio and Demeter wines. He has a nice dog, but unfortunately we forgot the name of the dog. Super experience.
