A small family business that works to promote its whiskey production at Thompson's Station.
The former H Clark Distillery has an unusual history. Its founder, Heath Clark, fought against the legacy of Prohibition to make whisky distillation legal in Williamson County. A new era for the family business, which is now taking a significant share of a previously almost non-existent market, with the creation of another branch in Townsend, a small town in the very east of the state, on the edge of the Smoky Mountains. A new name, Compagny Distilling, brings together (since 2020) the two distilleries in Townsend and Thompson's Station. Tastings, live music, cocktails...
