The Cuisine cuisine (which means collection in Italian) derives mainly from northern Italy. In addition to traditional pizzas, the antipasti, pasta and meat dishes to which Chef Michael Perez combines Familiar Mediterranean flavours with unexpected ingredients. The restaurant's surroundings are not yet in place and the ubiquitous wood panelling blends perfectly with the white brick walls and the beautiful tables where to settle. The open kitchen and the constant agitation that reigns there give the room a special atmosphere. Fine wine list.

La cuisine de Colletta a séduit mes papilles. J'en ai raffolé. Je retournerai avec plaisir dans ce resto à Alpharetta.
