Auval defines itself as an artistic beer creation project. Owner Benoît Couillard wants small, local and, above all, personal. He embarked on this crazy project of a brewery farm built around a field of herbs, a berry orchard and a few beehives. His nectars include the divine Arcane 17 hop, the fruity Tite Cerise, the bière de garde Cuvée Louis and the fermière Arrière-Pays. But Auval brews many other beers to discover.
