It is the meeting place for demanding palaces in the village of Caldes de Montbui. A delight that this author's cuisine, brilliantly created by the Piedmontese chef Mirko Carturan, is a real treat. This Italian native of the land of the white truffle (which is eaten in October and November!) has found his calling. Balanced dishes with daring combinations highlight the products on the market. Cozy setting, subdued light, cookbooks as a decoration... Prepare yourself for a beautiful evening!
