You can't miss its modernist façade facing the Roman thermal baths. This emblematic hotel, built in 1729 and reformed many times, will delight lovers of old-fashioned decor. Its seaside resort uses thermal water at 74°C. In the basement of its elegant modernist gallery, an antique vaporarium (Roman sauna) dating from the 2nd century has been discovered. On site, 79 standard rooms and apartments, restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pool (heated), pretty garden and a range of treatments offered: shiatsu massage, foot reflexology, seaweed baths or anti-stress peeling with caramelized honey.

Se paga por todo, no viene nada incluido. Las habitaciones son distintas a las que se ve por internet, son viejas. Hay mucho polvo y tierra de las mismas cuevas. Los tratamientos muy buenos, con expertos, sin embargo no dura el tiempo que es, empieza 5 min después y termina 5 min antes aproximadamente . Se escucha mucho ruido en las habitaciones

No sé com volen fer negoci si no atenen el telèfon. He trucat 2 dies diferents, he estat 10 i 15 minuts amb una música de Carroussel horrorosa i encara espero que agafin el telèfon.

Comimos dos personas y realmente fue de lujo por un precio muy razonable.
La comida no me atrevo a describirla porque no le haría justicia, es excepcionalmente deliciosa, luego los postres simplemente sublimes, la atención insuperable, con mucho entusiasmo y muy buen ánimo, el lugar tiene una sencillez pero con un buen gusto muy acogedor.
Lo recomiendo plenamente y seguro que cuando vuelva al pueblo de Queralbs repetiré de comer aquí.

Estancia Imserso, La comida y cena fatal, nos pusieron en comedor a parte [hay q subir unas 15 escaleras, sin rampa o ascensor, barreras arquitectonicas], mesas de 10 comensales. No te dejan cambiar ni de mesa ni de sitio en los 10 dias que te alojas. No hay ninguna variacion, solo un primer plato y un segundo, no se puede escoger, o comes lo q hay o te vas a un restaurante. Mala presentacion. Postre: pasteles super dulces, o fruta super escasa, nos quedamos dos dias sin mandarinas. La cocinera nos dijo que tenia 5,5 e de presupuesto por persona y dia. El desayuno es de calidad, en el mismo salon que el resto de clientes pero apartados.
Habitaciones, servicio, todo muy limpio. Personal muy agradable.
