ST. CECILIA'S CHURCH
The small village of Sainte-Cécile is located on Lamèque Island, in the historic territory of the Micmac Indians, in the Sigenigteoag district, which extends from the current east coast of New Brunswick to the Bay of Fundy. There is a lot of curiosity, his church Sainte-Cécile, uncategorized and exits all right of the imagination of Astous's Father. Ground pastel colours on the ceiling - evoking sweets, pacifiers and even cakes - surrounds the divine representations of the places. This surprising rather psychedelic creation was realized in 1968, which largely explains the inspiration "peace and love" of the time. With an excellent acoustic quality, the Festival International Baroque music festival in Lamèque is presented every year, as well as concerts throughout the year.
