The hotel is housed in a very attractive, open building with pretty arcades and courtyards, facing the lagoon. This is Puerto Lempira's (and indeed the region's) most "upmarket" hotel, although of course it remains quite rustic. What really sets it apart is the swimming pool in the inner courtyard, which almost looks as if it's sitting on the water. Relax in the sun loungers or hammocks, and you'll really feel away from it all. The whole place is clean and safe, with friendly staff and a good restaurant.
