LA BELLE HISTOIRE

This was the home of wine collector Champlain Charest's renowned Bistro à Champlain restaurant. Now under the stewardship of sommelier Sophie Allaire and chef Étienne Demers, the place has retained its bon vivant spirit, as well as the lovely decor of the former restaurant. On the plate, the focus is on Quebec, with gourmet market cuisine that varies with the seasons and new arrivals. Of course, the well-stocked wine cellar perfectly complements the dishes, from appetizer to dessert. We highly recommend it!
