Dating back to the 16th century, this mill once belonged to the Lords of Valkenburg. Over the centuries, it changed owners and underwent numerous transformations. In 1984, it was acquired by Alexis Maria Theodorus Plantaz, who began using it to grind organic wheat. Today, its four floors can be visited freely, allowing visitors to discover its period mechanism, which is still in operation. The store offers different types of spelt flour, as well as spelt breads, pasta and pancakes.
