The Oosterschelde, or Oosterschelde, is an arm of the sea which, since the creation of the storm surge barrier, can be cut off from the sea. A national park since May 2002, the Oosterschelde boasts a rich and varied marine life. Its reputation as an ideal site for scuba diving and yachting is well-deserved. This is the country's largest national park. You can even see porpoises and take boat trips or hiking tours. It's truly an area to discover, and one that's sure to amaze you.
