HOTEL VILLA RETIRO
The restaurant of the Hotel Villa Retiro is the only one in the Baix Ebre region to have been awarded a Michelin star. It must be said that the chef Fran López is talented, offering a traditional cuisine that he does not hesitate to brighten up with a few creative touches by adapting to seasonal products. Delta oysters, eel with garlic and chili and truffle sauce, veal sweetbreads with smoked cauliflower purée and rhubarb coulis, roast pigeon with morel mushrooms are some of the specialties at this excellent restaurant. Good bottles of wine. Enjoy your meal!
