The Oficina de Turismo de Camarles is located in a renovated building of the former Sindicat Arrosser, just opposite the medieval circular tower. As well as providing information on how to visit the town and enjoy the natural environment of the Ebre Delta, this office also offers bookings to visit the Centre d'Interpretació de l'Arròs, a tourist facility created in 2006 in the former Camarles rice mill, which offers an emotional experience around rice and the different aspects that make it up. Languages spoken are Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
