The Beatrix was born in 1992. What was just a small fast food restaurant opened by Rupa Barwan in his garage quickly became a must-see place in the city. The elegant building is set back from the street. In a small, modern and pleasant room, they serve Indian dishes, Chinese noodles, very good burgers, vegetarian or not, sandwiches, a large variety of rolls... The proposed cuisine is simple but very good. Friendly service. Regularly frequented by the youth of Guwahati.
