PARK SCHÖNBUSCH
A charming English-style landscaped park on the outskirts of the city.
Park Schönbusch is an attractive English-style landscape park on the outskirts of Aschaffenburg. It features small temples, a labyrinth, country houses, an orangery and more. You'll enjoy watching the "badins" strolling around the lake in their boats. Beautiful view from the Teufelsbrücke.
Schloss Schönbusch. The small neoclassical castle in the middle of the park was commissioned by Friedrich Karl von Erthal, the penultimate Elector-Archbishop of Mainz. A clear path leads to Johannisburg Castle.
