This is the home of cast iron lace. The visit of Kasli and its museum will take you about 10 hours from Chelyabinsk. At the 1900 Paris World's Fair, visitors were astonished by the work of the Kasli metallurgists, the famous cast iron pavilion that received the Grand Prix de l'Exposition just after the Eiffel Tower. The works of art made in Kasli (vases, statuettes, chests, candelabra) are admired and make the small town famous.
