Set on a hill overlooking the town of Arundel, this imposing castle of great beauty has been the family home of the Dukes of Norfolk for four centuries and is still lived in today. The building was built at the end of the 11th century and partly destroyed during the Civil War, before being renovated in the 18th and 19th centuries. In addition to its rich aesthetic interiors, it preserves many paintings and tapestries from different periods. Do not miss the Fitzalan Chapel, where the lineage of its owners is buried.

Beautiful castle with a beautiful park. Lively well during the festival of Arundel with its music in the open air.
