A Tex-Mex dinner with typical New Mexican dishes. We recommend you try the Stuffed Sopa with a freshly cooked sopapilla, covered in cheese, pimento cheese, beans, onions, and a meat of your choice. A sopapilla is a type of fried dough not found in Texas. Locals come here to have breakfast or lunch while reading the paper. All-you-can-eat coffee, of course! And, what's more, they offer you honey-coated sopapillas with your meal. Really tasty.
