Cooked outdoors over a wood fire, grilled meats are enjoyed in this exquisite log house in the middle of the desert, in front of folk and rock bands dressed in cowboy boots and miniskorts, craft beer in hand. It was here, in Pioneertown, that many westerns were filmed in the 1950s; this restaurant was then just a movie set. Today, Pappy & Harriet's has a charm straight out of an American road-trip movie. Don't hesitate to consult the online music program before you come.

Un lieu bien amassant à découvrir dans la vieille ville de Pioneer Town

Burger patty cold, chicken cold and dry, steamed broccoli cold no seasoning, in addition to the bad food $25 per person on dinner table for a hardly one hour country show. Sorry, but no good deal. Living of the prom status but no quality.

We own a home in Yucca Valley. We go to P&H every couple of weeks. We just went back .. menu change… No Catfish Sandwich????it’s my go-to…we substituted the Cod sandwich…not good…batter wasn’t good, soggy and fish wasn’t seasoned. Harriet salad was still good… at least????‍????

One of the gems of the high desert. The staff doesn’t mess around, but that’s part of the charm. Don’t leave your cowboy hat at home, people dress the part.

Also, make sure to mosey around the rest of the ‘settlement.’ Super cool little strip that’s reminiscent of Paramount Ranch. RIP

Great spot off the beaten path. If you are near, it's a Must Visit, and well worth it.
