SWAGAT
Located right behind the covered market in the center of Manama's souq, Swagat is the meeting of the Tamil community in Bahrain. Close to the Hindu temple Sri Krishna, this little vegetarian canteen never disguises, with a peak in the early morning, when the workers of hotels and restaurants come to taste a masala dosa, this stuffed rice cake, a classic breakfast from southern India. At lunch, thali formulas (a full meal with a assortment of vegetables, rice and bread cakes) are offered at small prices. Swagat is one of the cheapest restaurants in the city. And for that quality, we're asking for it.
