GOLESTAN
One of the Sheraton's restaurants, Golestan is a safe neighborhood. This Iranian restaurant welcomes you in an elegant and refined setting, where the blue and turquoise colors dominate, recalling the lapis lazuli that decorate the Isle of Ispahan. You will discover a genuine panel of Persian specialties, which have influenced the gastronomy of the region. Start with a combination of cold and warm inputs with the pish ghaza-e-makhsous, Iran's mezze. Then let yourself be tempted by the wide choice of grilled grills, meats and fish. We have a preference for kebab-dariyaye, a range of hamour (fish), shrimp and lobster. The whole of course accompanied by traditional bread cakes. For the most guarded portfolios, note that the Iranian caviar (50 mg) of Beluga House is à la carte.
