PLUMS

An invitation to luxury, culinary delights and culinary experimentation, this is how the Plums, the beautiful restaurant of the Ritz-Carlton, could be summed up. But that would already be too simplistic. A dinner at Plums is indescribable, at least with words. Let's try it anyway. The decor first: orange, black and silver tones, contemporary furniture that recalls the most beautiful works of Philippe Stark, sieved lights, all giving a soothing atmosphere. Because decorum cannot entertain you most importantly: the plate. With care to the rare presentation in Bahrain, it is almost the gastronomic tables that you serve. Smoked Scotland salmon, locked in a glass dome, black burger with gold, frozen French chicken chicken, Saint-Jacques à la truffe, the map is rich and surprising. The show of the show, a masterpiece of ice and caramel, this frozen structure with nitrogen contains ice cream and fine ganachiae. You won't be ready to forget your dinner at Plums.
