Karbabad beach is one of the few public beaches in Manama. It is not the most pleasant but it has a certain charm, with an unstoppable view of Qal 'at Al Bahrain. Bahrain likes to take a walk at sunset, family. If it is possible to swim, remember that Karbabad is a relatively traditional village, and therefore you will have to dress accordingly. Bikinis and bath slips are therefore forbidden.
