Halfway between the saloon and the chic restaurant, the briarrose Chophouse seems to be straight out of another time. In the middle of the velvet curtains and the tapestry on the walls, you will almost feel as if you're at the beginning but quickly enjoy the stylish but cozy setting of the places. The restaurant is famous for its beautiful meat pieces, including the famous momentum medallion. With drinks, the specialty of the house is Manhattan, but you may also be tempted by one of the 200 bottles of wine in the cellar.
