A small popular hike starts from Crater Park (in the center) and follows a stone walk path. At the top of the steps, a beautiful view awaits visitors on the chain of Ten Mile and the ski resort of Breckenridge. The small walk allows access to a wide network of trails. It's possible to continue south on the Hermit Trail and make a loop through Jack's Cruel Joke, but watch it climb.
