MORVEN PARK
Two miles from the town centre of Leesburg, this magnificent area is worth a stop to the historic interest and beauty of its 400-hectare park in which it is particularly pleasant to walk. The house of Greek Renaissance architectural style belonged to Thomas Swann, governor of Maryland during the war of Secession, and then to Westmoreland Davis, governor of Virginia from 1922 to 1918. Converted to museum, you can now visit and admire the furniture and collections of objects from all over the world by the Davis couple.
