The property is huge and in addition to the hotel part includes cultivated lands, a medicinal plant garden and the largest swimming pool in Bandhavgarh. The hotel has about 20 modern bungalows, different in size and especially in decoration. All of them are huge, with a double sink bathroom and a separate shower installed under a plexiglass roof.
