The Seraphin family's establishment where you can enjoy traditional cuisine in Climbach.
The Séraphin family has run this establishment since 1928. The open fireplace and forest relay decor add a warm touch as you sit down to enjoy traditional Alsatian cuisine. Small plates are served in the afternoon on weekends. For family celebrations, the establishment can create customized menus to suit your wishes. Merveilleux endroit au milieu de la forêt. Cuisine de qualité, rein excellent.

Tout était parfait ,sauf le carpaccio de mangue c'est meilleur avec du fruit frais,mais il faut reconnaître que c'était agréable ,il manquait des plats à à peine 13h dommage car en sortant les plats manquants étaient toujours notés sur le tableau devant le restaurant

Du vacherin vanille framboise sans meringue , trois bouchées d ‘agneau pour 24 €. Escalope de veau cuite de manière désagréable , champignons en boîte .. bref .. à passer .
