The museum is housed in General Suvorov's house, where he lived from 1797 to 1800. Abandoned during the war, the house was taken over by a war veteran who turned it into a museum. Completely renovated in 1990, it now comprises three exhibition halls where visitors can discover Alexander Suvorov's life through the personal objects that belonged to him, a collection of weapons dating from the 16th and 17th centuries and military equipment, as well as paintings by Belarusian artists.
