It is one of the most beautiful fortifications in the Oranese region. Built on a rocky point, it was built at the time merinide in 1347. After long restoration work, it now depends on the naval base of Mers-el-Kébir. From the corniche road you can easily see it. If you arrive at its level, you can park your car near the fire brigade emergency unit and enjoy a beautiful view.
