Various specialities to be tasted in a farm well known by many hikers in Moosch.
In May 2013, Jean-Michel and Sylvie Iltis took over the farmhouse at the top of the Rossberg in the Thann valley. The location is ideal for a stopover, with many hikers passing through in all seasons, as the inn is open 365 days a year (in low season by reservation). The place is authentic, the building has not been altered, there is no electricity, and candlelight is used. Solar panels have been installed to heat the water that flows here in abundance. The roof is still covered with the original schindel, larch tiles that are perfectly waterproof and thermal in summer and winter. The couple raise cows, horses and a few pigs. Goat's cheese is made with milk from the neighboring farm. Of course, all products are made on site: cheese and pork served on a plank. Tarte aux fruits de saison and gratin du Gsang are specialties to be savored, unless you prefer a bowl of soup. Two dormitories welcome hikers on a half-board basis, with marcaire dinner, overnight stay and breakfast. And why not spend an evening in front of the fire by candlelight? At Christmas, the atmosphere is magical in the Stube, around the large decorated tree by the fireplace. It's a 20-minute walk to the Stube, which makes this timeless place well worth a visit.

Autrement j'ai bien été reçu (5 étoiles), mais un peu dessus de votre commentaire, donc je vous adresse 3 étoiles.
Ce qui ne m'empêchera pas de repasser vous voir comme plusieurs fois par an.
Je ne pense pas ou alors venez une journée travailler avec nous je pense que je vous mettrais o étoile vu votre comportement
L’accueil y est chaleureux, mais le service un dimanche midi , beaucoup trop long alors qu’il n’y a que 2 propositions d’entrée et de plats .
Nous n’avons pas consommé de dessert car le temps nous était compté pour retrouver notre véhicule.
Niveau prix 3 bières , 1/4 de vin et 3 plats : 125 eur … pas donné !
Mais nous n avions pas de table à 3 personnes vous étiez plus se qui justifie les 125euros

Peut être que 2 entrée et le choix entre 2 plats
Mais par contre il y avait le choix avec 6 dessert
