Not far from the center of Chagny is the lovely Auberge de la Musardière. As well as being a charming hotel, the building houses Édith Cattiaux's restaurant. The young chef's talent is unquestionable: associations, flavors, visuals... everything is mastered. First, you devour the plate with your eyes, before savoring it. French cuisine is infused with flavors from elsewhere, allowing you to travel and discover traditional dishes in a whole new way. In fine weather, the terrace and large pergola.
