Today, Martin and Tanja carry on the ancestral tradition by planting new vineyards in a modern winery with the help of François, a renowned Champagne oenologist who has injected a new dynamic. His mastery of the traditional method revealed unsuspected potential in Slovenian grape varieties, notably žametna črnina. Thanks to this subtle alliance between Slovenian tradition and French expertise, they produce unique sparkling wines.
