Flanked by the other end of the Rue de Strasbourg, Les Gourmands Disent is a pleasant restaurant, particularly refined and elegant. Tastefully decorated, this address has its favorites and it is better to reserve. Nadine and Laurent compose a simple and quality cuisine, using fresh and seasonal products. Here cooking is a matter of pleasure and not of necessity, so we follow the chef's inspirations and enjoy colorful and inventive dishes. We appreciate the meal as well as the place, a must in Chalon.

Très bon restaurant ! Les échanges avec Nadine sont très intéressants, elle explique tout et c'est vraiment top ! On ne voit pas le chef en cuisine mais on sent la passion ! Quel magnifique métier quand il est exercé de cette manière. Merci pour ce moment ????????
