Everything is homemade with this Maître Restaurateur, who changes his menu according to the season. Stéphanie, his wife, makes the experience even more pleasant in the dining room. On her advice, we let ourselves be tempted by the speciality: button mushrooms stuffed with snails or escalope of warm foie gras.
