Chez Jules offers inspired local cuisine. Chef Jérôme Ruget takes great pleasure in helping diners discover or rediscover Burgundian cuisine using quality produce. Everything is homemade with this Maître Restaurateur, who changes his menu according to the season. Stéphanie, his wife, makes the experience even more pleasant in the dining room. On her advice, we let ourselves be tempted by the speciality: button mushrooms stuffed with snails or escalope of warm foie gras. The chef's talents can also be enjoyed at home, thanks to our catering service.

What a pity that I do not live longer in the region now... Indeed, with my friend, we loved one-way in this very charming restaurant, where the cuisine is made with finesse, and where you can sample local dishes deliciously enhanced by the chef, in a setting where you would almost feel at home. Really if you are in the area, it is one of the best restaurants rue de Strasbourg!
