This beautiful Haussmann-style hotel-restaurant does things up a notch in its bistro. Decorated in an art deco style, it offers a delightful dining space, with navy velvet banquettes, wood and beautiful chandeliers. Using seasonal produce, the menu revisits local classics. Pôchouse aux trois poissons, profiteroles d'escargots and oeufs à la crème d'Époisses are just some of the dishes to be enjoyed with a glass from the extensive wine list, whether local or not. When the hotel is closed, you can enjoy a quick bite to eat at the bar.
